They Streamed In!!!
Our Shredding (and Electronics Recycling) event las Saturday, Nov. 16, was quite the success.
That's a popcorn machine and donuts to the right. The red bin is for papers to shred.
The truck to left filled full of electronics.
Below is the paper-shredding truck (yep). The small orange visor above the woman in red covers a screen on which you see your docs hit the shredder inside.
The red bin goes up in that gap behind the fellow in red-brimmed hat, then dumps into the shredder.
New to the market, freshly remodeled, just south of Seattle U.
First open House, Sat., May 25, 1-4 p.m.
1014 E. Spruce.
We'll shred your documents (as many as you have!) and send your old electronics to proper recycling.
For free. As a community service.
At our office on Sat., May 18. See below.
Open House this Sun., Feb. 1, 1-4 pm, at (click here:) modern new-construction townhome in the Beacon Crossroads area just south of I-90. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, magnificent roof deck, private parking, for only $375k. This is a front unit.
A slightly smaller back unit is available for even less: $300k! See you there.
The newest Playhouse Design cool-modern new-construction home will be open this Sat. (and possibly this Sat only) from 1-4 p.m.
Click here for photos & details.
Playhouse and Greeneleaf Construction (Jim Barger) built three homes here, code-named the Lollipops. Lollipop A sold during construction — a freestanding home that went for a sweet $750k even though it's just an inch over 2,000 sf (but those views, that big glass, that state-of-cool Playhouse design, the 2-car garage, the stellar location a stone's throw from Pike-Pine, downtown and S Lk Union!)
Lollipop B went on the market earlier this week and went pending right away. It's the north mirror image of Lollipop C (translation: C is on the south side). Come see C.
Head east on Madison and veer right on John (just an inch past 24th). Down HALF a block and right into the alley (signs will be out). Park at the Lollipops — you walk direclty into the living-dining-kitchen space, a very nice feature. Master suite is up. Guest room and office are down.
Preferred lender will credit 1% of purchase price — a nice feature too!
