News: Jan 2020: Woot woot. Year of clear vision. As to RE values: Amazon will keep growing & all eyes on Boeing, all fingers crossed.

Dec 2019: The Seattle market softened a bit after autumn blitz. See July below. The median did a big drop for Nov (most recent) to $735k, even though only 1.26 months of supply. Monthly variations happen.

July 2019: You know the 6-yr smokin'-hot market started softening in May 2018. Down 10 to 12% in Seattle (prices) by Dec. Fed was raising int rates, then started easing on that. Market started upward again. Still a "sellers market" but not nearly as intense. Got about 9% of that back. Med sale price for homes (& townhomes, not condo) in Seattle (only) bottomed at $711k for Jan 2019, now back to $781k for June (based on MLS stats). Ping Joe w any & all questions.
